How to access kiw on your device
We support three main installation paths: Android APK download, iOS browser access, and web-based login from any device. Each has its own setup flow, but all lead to the same account and the same betting, gaming, and payment features.
Installation steps on kiw
Getting started on our mobile platform follows four simple steps: download the installation file or open the browser, create or sign in to your account, verify your identity with a valid ID document, and then you're ready to deposit and play.
- Download the kiw Android APK from our secure server, or open kiw in Safari or Chrome if you're on iOS or prefer browser access.
- Open the installation file or browser link and create a new account with your email, phone number, and a secure password — or sign in if you already have an account.
- Upload a copy of your KTP, passport, or driver's license so we can verify your identity and enable withdrawals.
- Add a deposit method (DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, or bank transfer) and you're ready to browse markets and games.
App versus browser on kiw
Our native Android app stores game assets and UI components locally on your phone, which means faster load times when you return to kiw after closing it. The app also sends push notifications for withdrawal updates, odds alerts on Liga 1 or Piala AFF matches, and new live-dealer table openings — features that mobile browsers cannot match. If you play regularly or bet on time-sensitive markets, the app reduces friction.
However, the web browser requires no installation, saves device storage, and works on any phone or tablet. If you open kiw only occasionally, prefer not to grant app permissions, or use multiple devices, the browser is simpler. Both paths use the same account credentials and offer identical betting, payment, and support features. Many users keep both installed so they can switch based on their mood or device.
Sync across all your devices
Your kiw account is the same whether you use Android, iOS, or a web browser. Log in on your phone during the day, switch to your tablet at night, and your balance, betting history, and settings follow you.
Device requirements for kiw
Our Android app requires Android 7 or later and at least 50MB of free storage. Our iOS browser experience works on iOS 12 and later in Safari, Chrome, or Firefox. If you're using an older device, you may experience slower performance, but kiw should still be accessible. For the web version, any device with a modern web browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge) can access kiw without installation.
Common installation questions
If your phone shows a warning about installing apps from unknown sources, this is normal for APK files downloaded outside the Google Play Store. On Android, go to Settings > Apps > Special app access > Install unknown apps, find your browser or file manager, and toggle permission on. Once installed, kiw runs like any other app. iOS users simply open the kiw link in Safari and can add it to their home screen as a web app for quick access. If you encounter certificate errors or connection timeouts during download, try again on a different Wi-Fi network or ask our support team for an alternative download link.
Data, permissions, and your security on kiw
Our Android app requests permissions only for features you use: location (for fraud detection and regional compliance), contacts (none — we don't access them), and device storage (to cache game graphics and your session). We never sell location data or contact lists. iOS users grant permission in-app if they choose to enable notifications. All data you send to kiw — your ID document, payment method, account balance, and betting history — travels over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) and is stored on our secure servers. We comply with local data protection standards and undertake to keep your information private, as detailed in our privacy policy. If you uninstall the app, your account remains active; re-install and log in to restore access.
